    OMG Surprise Dinner at Mad for Garlic


    Out of a blue....Hubby asked me out for a date!!! Hurray!! It's been a long time since we have an official date.

    And on this rare occasion, we decided to bring Abby along.










    So here we were at Mad for Garlic and when I went in, I was pleasantly surprised as I was greeted by a big bouquet of roses lying on the table. The ladies from the next table were all looking with an envious eye.

    Not expecting this at all. It's really so sweet of him to prepare this for post anniversary celebration.




    The truth is No matter how I find flowers impractical and waste of money, I am still very touched and loved receiving a bouquet of it. Woman are quite hard to comprehend right ??







    Just as I thought we will be having a romantic yet wholesome family dinner, Abby started to be cranky.  Immediately my mind was telling me.... "you shouldn't bring her out today!!" Shortly after feeding her (I have not even ate a single piece of pizza or pasta, while Derrick is almost done with his dinner), Abby began to wail at the top of her voice. No matter how we carry her or coxed her, she just refused it. Again, my mind tells me .... "you REALLY REALLY shouldn't have bring her out today." What supposed to be a romantic dinner turns out to be a complete mess. Both of us have no idea what's going on with her. We walked in and out of the  restaurant several times as her cry is disturbing other customers. Instead of appreciating the dinner prepared, I got so fed up and worried for her, we decide to take away the pizza and head straight to the nursery room. My guess was right, she is feeling colicky. After applying some oil, she is back to normal again. Thank you Jesus!!!
