I have just finished an awesome Asia Conference last week

Opening Lunch
This scene is like feeding the 5000. Wow... 500 tables banquet for all the delegates, with our senior Pastor gracing the opening. I am proud of City Harvest.... It's never been done! No registration fee and every meal is provided for as Pastor decided to bless every delegates. All the offering of Asia Conference goes to help the poor and needy.

Wow... look at the queue!!!! Let me tell you... You need really ultar patience and skill to enter to the main hall.... People queue up as long as 3-4 hours. I have never been to a church that members are so willing to stay a queue for hours.

Grand Finale
Personal Reflection I must says that I am really proud to be part of City Harvest members. A church who starts out with a humble beginning of 20 members in 1989 has grown to 24000 in 19 years. Everything in the Asia Conference just blow my mind. I am really impressed by the large scale but more than that, how excellence in the way the whole conference is carried out. It so well planned and prepared, every program is done with a spirit of excellence. How they managed to accommodate almost 25000 people every single session. It's really not easy to control the massive crowd.
Personally, I really feel impacted by Last night Dr AR Bernard message... How Jesus reached out to people in the world like Zaacheus. It about influencing a person which would in turns transformed the place.....

Not that Spartan you watch in the movie 300... but Derrick's soccer team.
It's my first time watching him played soccer. haha.. seriously.. after knowing him for 12 years. I remember telling him long ago that I love how he looked when he plays sport. Like a saying" 认真的男人最帅"。During our sec school days, I would admire him secretly during PE period as he played table-tennis, soccer, chatek and even basketball. hahaha.

Isn't this verse I shared in CG last week?!! It was this verse that carried me through for the past few day... Was a tough battle and I am thankful that God was with me. He has protected me and guided me through. Hallelujah!!! The week hasn't felt so long for me, but I am glad that God was with me in this longest hour I had. Challenges at work will only make us stronger. It's always easier to encourage others but when it's my turn, I find it hard to convince myself sometimes. But God never fails to see me through. He never allow us to go through something that is beyond what we cannot bear. He will fight for me and battle belongs to him. And we always win!! Many lessons to learn and hopefully it makes me a better person. And I know every obstacles speaks a greater breakthrough.

The Drama that came Alive...
This long awaited blockbuster video is finally out from the oven. Process and complied by Aaron & Vanessa. They are the cream of the crop in CK Zone in multi-media. This drama is directed by Famous Renowned Director "Wang Ruxin" from USA (I mean Upper Serangoon Aveune), assisted by Audrey Liang from AMK (AMsterdam). Award winning Storyboard with a staggering viewership of 7.8million on YouTube. Re-enact by "New Kid on the block" Xue En as God and female lead actress, Mayce. With their inadequate experience on staging, the Director manage to prove what she have got to take in this industry. The creative finishing on Xue En and Mayce clothing **Notice Mayce shirt change from Black to white**, it was the undoubtedly the cut of a director in her, Wang Ruxin.

Took a pic of this yesterday when I found my mum sewing my jacket button. Somehow this scene touches my heart. Especially knowing that its only 8 months more to my marriage and I won't have such privilege as often as I wish to. How sweet is this!!! I must keep it as a memory. Here reminds me of a Poem by 游子吟 and I delicate it to all mums out there.

Like as if I Care
I just came home and I am eager to record down my experience with a cabby from SMRT. It's so irritating but at the same time funny. SO this is what happened......
I believe many of you would have heard from the news that they are removing the disel surcharge this month. So on board one of the SMRT cab, I'm curious about when are they removing the surcharge.
Alright!!! Rule No 1: Never strike such conversation with taxi uncle... or they won't stop their nagging.
So that uncle say .... "12 of November". That's all I need to know right ??! But this uncle just kept on talking none stop from there on. He started to tell me that nowadays they receive the news via from smses... it is very convenient for them to know the latest update through smses. And guess what, He started to take out his HP and wanted me to read his sms regarding the changes. LIKE AS IF I CARE!! so i told him politely "不用啦，uncle... thank you".... I don't know why he kept attempting me to see his HP for what??? Taxi Uncle speaking in Mandarin, "aiya...你拿去看啦， 不要紧的啦。Soooo... I also keep insisting that I am not interested to read either. Hiaz... alamak.. why force me to read!!
Fine, that's not all.... So he started his one way conversation about his unhappiness with the Government policies. Rule No 2: If possible, talk on the phone with your friends to prevent taxi uncle from blasting your ear with their unhappiness with the PAP. Many taxi driver are quite Anti-PAP. I don't know why?!
Anyway, this uncle started to complain about the $0.30 surcharge. He says that the surcharge had only been enforce 6 MONTHS after the oil prices increases... they have struggled for 6 months before the surcharge was implemented. Now, the oil price had only drop for 2 months, and the govt are asking them to remove this $0.30 surcharge. This is what he says "你知道吗。。。这样算来， 我们还亏本4个月 leh" OMG.... uncle, your mentality is very small right, my heart was thinking. But I kept quiet....
By keeping quiet, I hope that uncle would know that I am disinterested to listen anymore.. but obviously he don't care!! He never pondered why I never reply him or so... HE KEPT ON TALKING..... Then, he started to make some stupid comparison... he said that "look at the coffee shop... why didn't the govt make them reduce the price of the coffee since the price of sugar drop recently too?? why didn't chicken rice becomes cheaper even though price of rice also drop. Why must it be on taxi???" This taxi uncle is really feeling so victimise by it. He continued saying that "Govt should publicise the need to reduce coffee prices, then it's fair for them. Coffee use to be $0.80 and now is $1..... why didn't they reduce the price...."
IS AS IF I CARE!! Hello uncle... I dun even drink coffee and eat chicken rice everyday??? It's none of my business. $0.10 , $0.20, $0.30 make no difference to me. SO irritating... he continue his complain.. govt is controlling, govt is this and govt is that... and blah blah blah like LAO SAI like that.
What I can't stand the most is this!!! He ask me to help the taxi drivers in singapore by writing to internet forum. SIAO AH.... this is like those who like to criticise the govt on the internet forum and have no guts to leave their name and contact number?? I really can't stand him anymore. I decided to says something before I alight.
This is what I replied him.... Uncle， 为什没我要帮你，都不关我的事。。。 不然我教你啦。你去 HONG LIM PARK 的 SPEAKERS' CORNER 啦， then 你 rally all the SMRT the taxi uncle 还有ah peh， 教他们support 你lor. Then 你大大声的骂政府啦， then 还有很多记者lor， 新闻一定会报的 lor. Hong Lim Park 讲话没有反法的lor
I think the uncle was a little dumb founded when I said that... so he kept saying he can't do it, he will lose his job if he does so... hahaha isn't this so contradicting... Why people have the guts to keep complaining to the wrong channels and never have the guts to tell the person directly.
OMG... this is really a Palia post.... please pardon me... I just want to find a channel to release as well. lol.

OSAKA!!! HERE I COME
I am pondering if I should post this up.... Hmmmm.... I should just have faith to declare that I HAVE HIT MY TARGET and I AM GOING TO OSAKA ON MY BIRTHDAY... Praise the Lord!!!
For the past few days, I've once again witnessed the power of confession and visualisation happening in my life. Early this April, Prudential throws us an annual A&H challenge and those that hit the target given by the company will get a free trip to OSAKA/KYOTO. wooohoo... I want to go men!!Wellllll.. Osaka photo was my wall paper for the past many months.
Along the way, I met with many difficulties... Lack of focus, getting despair easily... I almost wanted to give up. But a call from Evelyn (my manager) got me back on feet. I must really says Thank You for your call that day that provoked me to go for my target.
Once again, I went home and started praying. Hearing from Pastor Kong message about confessing it 1000 times... and people in my office are like a little..... ehhh... you know right!!! they went and bought those ticker go keep track their own confession.. I am like... ehhhh.... oh man... really can work meh?? Anyway I tried that night... I kept saying to God and myself that I am going to Osaka .... I am going to Kyoto.... not 1000 times of cuz... but long enough that I fell asleep while confessing.....
True enough... that really work... I went everywhere to meet my client.. I went to office as early as 9am and I think about osaka when I eat, when I go toilet, when I am in the train, when I am sleeping, even when I am chilling out with my friend at dempsey hill. God... AM I GONNA GO OSAKA???
Haha... as of yesterday... I am proud to say I finished the race well.... I am now waiting for all my cases to be incepted and pray really hard that nothing will goes wrong.Once all my cases pulled through.... Next Jan, I will be going to OSAKA with Derrick.....
I wanna really thank a few people. One of them is Daniel Ang (If you are reading this, it's dedicated to you)... Daniel Ang - Thanks for constantly telling me to go for osaka. Whenever I see me in office, you will always tell me to jiayou for osaka. Whenever you see me online, you always reminds me to go for it... thanks alot for your constant reminders
Next, are all my clients who helped me... special thanks to Audrey, Jasleen, Alvin wee and my bro... etc... Thanks for supporting me and being so willing to meet me despite of your busy schedule.
Next person I wanna thank is Derrick- You really help me so much... thanks for all your help and sacrifice.. I am typing with tears in my eyes. Love is not just talking but you demonstrated your love through your help. "everything was really in a mess.... till you came along" haha (sound familiar)... I LOVE YOU dear!!
Alright.... Praise God for everything. Was fun running this race with some of my colleague... Now I will just keep on confessing and praying that all my cases will successfully be incepted on time. Glory to my LORD JESUS!!!
