Hebrews 10:35-36 (New Living Translation)

35 So do not throw away this confident trust in the Lord. Remember the great reward it brings you! 36 Patient endurance is what you need now, so that you will continue to do God’s will. Then you will receive all that he has promised.

This verse came to me yesterday during organisation devotion. I thank God for his encouragement. How sometime we can lose confidence in God and the goal I've set this year due to some circumstance. We must all have faith in an unwavering God. He reminded me to have endurance to continue this race and in Him, we will have great rewards . It's just very timely!!!

Isa 41:20 That they may see and know, And consider and understand together, That the hand of the LORD has done this, And the Holy One of Israel has created it.

Anyway, I just change my blogskin.... please don't be mistaken that negative statement on the top.... I am deeply in Love!!! haha

What a "Romantic CG"

First time in my 6 years of leadership I experience this..... NO LIGHT in the function room.... OMG!!! Thought such things could only happen in mission trip..... Haha... I came to CG and was shock by elaenor..."Ruxin, the function room has no light!!! How are we gonna hold our CG"... The security refuse to call for the technician cos it gonna be very expensive to engage them at night.... Nothing could be done !!

But Nadia and Nat seem to be quite positive about the situation and says that they don't mind to have it in the dark...... I thought about it and even thought of canceling the CG and make it a time of fellowship instead. Nonetheless I decided to continue the CG. We are people who can abase and abound. Yes, it inconvenient but we just wanna praise God together. Haha... it's like entering the Holy of Holiest and only God's glory will shine..... its not really that dark afterall, there is still some light outside. I conducted our usual CG and had a great atmosphere and Most importantly, i felt that God showed up. Praise God

Kinda of dunno what to blog this 2 week.... Everything is quite the same. But my sis was asking me to update my blog. I shall just write something!!! I gave a good Getting Started bible study to my sis 2 days ago and indeed was a fruitful session. I felt it was so easy to preach to her as she is very teachable and carrying a willingness to learn. I like her attitude toward the things of God though she was not able to attend church regular. I must say that I am very proud of her faith and though she wasn't able to attend church but she kept her walk with God faithfully believing that she is gonna come one day. She would often share with me some small things God did to make her day and how God has been good in her studies. "Celine... I am praying for your breakthrough!!"

Happy Birthday Justin Lee!!!

We celebrated Justin 27th Birthday at Karen Yeo's place. Was a great experience as 3 of us (Karen Yeo, Serena and Me) We cook while their boyfriend and hubby watching TV. We were all treated as Nation Maid haha.... you will understand why when you see this picture

I am truly a potential Homemaker as I have did a great job with my "Chicken in a Biskit"... haha... of course with the help of my 2 maids (haha) just joking!!!!! I am scare of the cooking oil!!! Karen Yeo also cook a very tasty soup..... "Dong Gua mushroom soup".... It tasted very nice and never tried this soup before. Perhaps you reader can give it a try....

Ingredient for Winter-melon mushroom soup

1) Campbell soup
2) Winter-melon
3) Chicken slice
4) Button mushroom
5) Corns
6) Egg White
7) Ham

Ingredient for Chicken in a biskit

1) Chicken breast Fillet
2) Chicken in a Biskit (Crush it)
3) Eggs

Deep Fry it till is turn golden

Finally we can have our lunch... Feel so satisfied!!!
