    Unpleasant Experience at Jollibean (Thompson Medical Center Branch)

    Had an unpleasant experience yesterday at Jollibean (Thompson Medical Center Branch). My friend and I were both so upset with one of the staff's hostile attitude towards us. My friend got really fed up and wrote into the customer service department. I thought it was only a causal remark made by my friend to write a complain email, who knows... she really mean what she say.. Here is goes...

    I understands we cannot 一竹竿打翻一船人. Always has been patronising Jollibean as I love drinking their almond soybean. Before this incident, I had never paid any attention to their customer service. No particular impression of any bad attitude in other branches. Despite of that, the image of the company has drop tremendously.

    Putting these aside, I have a small discovery. Generally, Singaporeans approach ain't upfront confrontation.We don't like to embarrassed ourselves by quarrellings in the public. If you scold me!!! we shoot you a loooong COMPLAINT letter... oops!! is FEEDBACK! WORST still!! write to the forum!!! Blow up the matter and get the person into deep shit. Otherwise, we just keep quiet because we finds that it's such a hassle to even bother. These people only complain among themselves and their cliques of friends and never to the proper channel. haha... I sounded very pathetic right... I guess the differences between complaining and feedback are determine by voicing up the the right and proper channel. Constructive feedback is important for personal growth.
